Sunflower Investment Group is in the business of acquiring, managing, and selling privately held self-storage facilities. Our goal is to acquire self-storage facilities within the Central Texas market area that meet our size and performance criteria. We plan to enhance each facility with physical and operational upgrades as required so as to provide our customers a good value solution for their self-storage needs.

The self-storage industry continues to be one of the most stable businesses in the United States.  Currently, studies show that 1 in 10 households rent one or more storage units.  From a financial perspective, storage facilities continue to have the lowest operating expense ratio when compared to other commercial real estate.

Many owners have wanted to sell over the past couple of years, but were unable to do so as a result of the economic climate.  We are happy to say that our market is more robust than ever.
